How did you end up working at Scarlett’s Miami? What drew you to this club?
I found my way to Scarlett’s after Michelle, from the company Bottle Service Bootcamp, where I’ve been working and training for the past year, contacted me about job opening. With Michelle’s reputation in the industry, I knew this was a reliable and exciting opportunity. I’ve been in the nightlife scene for five years, and with my love for EDM culture, this felt like the perfect fit. I walked into the club for my interview and was offered the job on the spot!

When your section is packed, and there’s a standing crowd, how do you manage to keep up with orders and service? Any tricks to staying on top of everything?
I always greet my guests the moment they arrive and mentally note the order of service. For my regulars, I keep a list of their favorite bottles and drinks saved in my phone. This little trick cuts down wait times and keeps things flowing smoothly. No matter how busy it gets, I make sure to flash a warm smile and keep my guests updated on their orders, making sure they know I’ve got everything under control.

How hard is it to carry a full tray through a standing-room-only crowd? Do you have any techniques to avoid spills and keep things moving smoothly?
Honestly, I’ve been in the service industry long enough that it’s second nature now. It’s all about keeping a steady hand and a solid foundation. Spills happen sometimes, but with practice and confidence, I’ve learned how to glide through a packed crowd like a pro.

As a server, you’re basically the party host for your section. How do you ensure guests have an enjoyable experience even before they arrive?
I treat my section like my own personal VIP party! I use social media and messaging apps to invite potential clients and keep them excited about coming to Scarlett’s. Once they arrive, I greet them at the door, introduce myself, and guide them to their table or booth. I take time to learn their names, favorite drinks, and even which entertainers catch their eye. Throughout the night, I stay engaged, making sure they have the best experience. Afterward, I’ll check in with the group leader to confirm they got home safely and follow up about future events. It’s all about creating a personal, unforgettable experience.

Do you ever enlist entertainers to help keep your guests engaged and spending? How does that dynamic work?
Absolutely! Without our amazing entertainers, Scarlett’s wouldn’t be the #1 club in Miami. I chat with my guests to get a feel for their preferences and then introduce them to the perfect entertainer for their vibe. Once that connection is made, the fun (and the spending) never stops! 

On the main floor, where’s the best place to sit—right at the stage, second row, or farther back?
I’m all about the second row! You get a full view of all the action on multiple stages while still having some personal space for your group. Plus, you get to choose which world-class entertainer you want to shower with love (and dollar bills)!

Does where a customer sits usually determine how wild they’ll get? Do front-row guests act differently from those sitting in the back?
Front-row guests definitely bring the heat! They’re right in the line of fire, interacting with the entertainers and soaking up all the energy. But don’t sleep on those in the back—they may start off low-key, but once they find their favorite girl, they’re making moves to the front and turning up the heat!

What’s the biggest tip you’ve ever gotten, and what do you think made the customer tip that big?
The biggest tip I’ve ever received was $1,000. I think it’s because I know how to make guests feel special while providing top-notch, white-glove service. When I connect with guests on a personal level and make their night unforgettable, it leaves a lasting impression—and sometimes, a big tip to match!

What’s the hardest part about working until 8 a.m. on weekends? Any secrets to keeping your energy up?
Hydration is my secret weapon! I don’t drink caffeine, so I keep myself hydrated and let the high-energy vibes of the club keep me going. Staying active and engaging with both guests and staff keeps the momentum going all night long.
